"Johanniterhjälpen" from Sweden collected donations for “Mission Siret” at a festive evening event. The gala dinner, hosted in Stockholm by the head of "Joahnniterhjälpen", Axel Lagerbielke (right), was attended by over 300 guests, including the Ukrainian ambassador to Sweden, Andril Plakthotniuk (left), who was the guest of honour at the event, and the Swedish aid organisation used the money raised to buy two fire trucks and two ambulances, which will soon be brought to Siret by a rotation of Swedish volunteers and delivered from there to Ukraine.
Thanks to generous private donors and several hospitals throughout Sweden, "Joahnniterhjälpen" delivers large quantities of medical supplies and equipment to "Mission Siret" twice a month, which our volunteers then distribute locally in Ukraine.
