Stove campaign concludes with an overwhelming response

Reports from Ukraine about brutal Russian attacks on the country’s energy infrastructure have triggered an enormous wave of willingness to help at “Mission Siret.” Within just a few days, donations from private individuals, companies, associations, and the Order of St. John were so generous that all stoves for this year’s winter campaign have been fully financed and can now be delivered. “Mission Siret” had ordered 1,000 portable stoves from the Westphalian company “Heitmann & Wittler,” suitable for cooking and heating; all stoves were provided by the manufacturer at cost price.

In view of the severe hardship faced by the Ukrainian population amid ongoing cold weather, “Mission Siret” continues to deliver generators and power banks and asks for further support.
